 | | Jamie Lawrence and Warren Harris shake hands on the winger's future | Jamie Lawrence's plans for Ashford Town (Middlesex) are taking shape both on and off the field. Two further players committed themselves to the Ash Trees' cause on Thursday evening, with winger Warren Harris and defender Guy Hollis have elected to stay at the Robert Parker Stadium next season, despite interest from clubs at higher levels. Both players have come through the club's well-regarded youth system and embody the kind of hungry young talent manager Jamie Lawrence is looking to attract as he builds his squad. The former Jamaica international has also made changes to his backroom staff, with Paul Burgess taking up the role of Assistant Manager with immediate effect. As part of his new responsibilities, the veteran goalkeeper will step back slightly from playing, although he will still be registered as the Tangerines' back-up stopper. Neil Cumming remains in post as Jamie's other Assistant Manager, with Keith Bristow returning to his previous role as Chief Scout.
