Ashford Town Juniors held their Annual Presentation Day at Short Lane last Saturday. On an enjoyable and well-organised day, the prizes were presented by First Team Manager Mark Butler and the ever popular Ricky Wellard.  The junior section would like to thank Mark and Ricky for handing out the awards to all our young players on Saturday. Thanks are also due to Bob Parker for welcoming all players and families to the club and also to Tory and Bodge behind the bar and Mark Davis who lent his hand to everything over the course of the day.
 
Special Awards for contribution towards the Junior Section went to the following individuals: Bob Parker, Tracey Bessent, Joanne Dowdeswell, Paul Bessent, Mark Sellars, Matt Worley and Rosemary.  
 
Many players have now received 50 appearance awards and 100 appearance awards, however four players throughout the day received awards for having made 150 appearances. All have been at the club for seven seasons since Under 8's and they are the current longest serving junior players - congratulations to Adam Billett, Jake Bessent, Jordan Poulter and Jack Campbell.
