An inexperienced Under-18 side secured their second win in just 24 hours by coming from behind to win 2-1 at Beaconsfield SYCOB. A defensive mix-up allowed the hosts to take the lead in the first minute but despite some of the squad having featured in four matches this week, Ashford overcame their fatigue. George Jennings levelled matters after 35 minutes, while a late goal from Daryl Loates secured a fifth successive win for the Tangerines.
Mick Snowden's Match report is here. On another positive note, 22 members of Mick Snowden's squad have now signed Southern Youth League forms, with several having already signed Suburban League forms too, and more expected to do so in the near future.
