Ashford Town's Under-18 team secured their sixth successive win of pre-season on Monday evening with a 2-0 win at Bisley, of the Allied Counties Youth League. Mick Snowden said after the match that he was disappointed with the lack of energy shown by his team, and conceded that only a couple of fine individual performances had given Town the edge over their hosts, who are effectively a feeder club to Farnborough FC. Ben Kandebi and George Jennings were on target for the Tangerines, whose final match before the defence of their League Title begins is at home to Staines Town on Wednesday. A match report from Mick Snowden is now online.
