| Horsham | | Ground Address | Horsham YMCA FC, Gorings Mead, Horsham, RH13 5BP | | Telephone No. | 01403 252689 | | Website | http://www.hornetsreview.co.uk/ | | Capacity | TBC | | Facilities | The Hornets have spent approximately £15,000 adding two new stands (one of which is seated) to bring the home of their neighbours up to Premier Division standard. There was already a 213 seater Victor Gladwish Stand and a covered terrace - the Andy Piper Stand - in place, although this is set well back from the pitch. Gorings Mead backs to on to Horsham's former Queen Street home and has also benefitted from a new turnstile block, changing rooms and extensive drainage work on the pitch in recent years. There is a large clubhouse behind the Gladwish Stand which also contains the Tea Bar. Matchday parking at Gorings Mead will be limited to officials, the disabled, and a small number of parking season ticket holders only, so take the train or the team coach! | | Admission Prices | Adults £9, Concessions £4.50 (Student ID required), Under 16s £2, Transfer to Stand: £1 | | Directions | Travel north on the A23, turning off onto the A272 at Bolney. Continue on the A272 to Cowfold then follow the A281 to Horsham. On entering the outskirts of the town, follow the A281 (Brighton Road) a short distance and Gorings Mead is a turning on the left. The entrance to the ground is at the bottom of Gorings Mead. Nearest railway station: Horsham (15 mins walk). |
