Not too many of the Club’s junior teams were in action yesterday, but we have a brief summary from the Under-11’s who beat the tricky Esher Wizards yesterday by five goals to one, to record their fifth win on the bounce and keep them at the top of the league.

The match was a personal success for Jamie Tilt who weighed in with four of Ashford’s five, the other one coming from Keji Adenyi-Olanade who also enjoyed an excellent match.  Young Tilt, clearly keen upon maintaining a proper club record, has advised that he has now scored in excess of fifty goals since joining as an Under-8 player.
