Ashford have signed 19 year old Femi Ilesanmi from Dagenham & Redbridge FC and, with Guy Hollis having sustained an injury in training on Thursday evening, he goes straight into the team to face Bognor this afternoon.  He is a strapping 6 feet plus central defender.

Femi was originally signed by QPR as a 16 year old and then left to join AFC Wimbledon before joining Dagenham & Redbridge last summer, where he has been a regular in their reserve team this season and is thought to have a great future in front of him.  As a non-contract player with Dagenham they have allowed him to come to Ashford to get matches under his belt and it is anticipated he will be with us until the end of the season.
