Secondly, one of our players passed a huge milestone on Saturday in the FA Trophy match at AFC Hornchurch.  Samad Kazi who can perform efficiently in just about any position on the field played in his 200th competitive match for the club in this game.  Considering that he generally plays more at the back than anywhere else these days, he has amassed 40 goals within that period.  Well done Samad.

We can now confirm that this evening’s scheduled Under-18 match at home to Hendon U18 will go ahead, kick-off 7.45 p.m. at Short Lane.

The Middlsex Charity Cup, 1st Round match away to Hellenic League side Southall FC has also now been arranged with the match to take place at our ground on Tuesday 6 December, kick-off 7.45 p.m.  The switch has been agreed because Southall ground share at Hanwell Town FC and there is fixture congestion at the ground.

Finally well done to the Ladies side who remain at the top of their division in the Greater London Women’s League, following their 1-1 draw on Sunday away to Putney Vale Ladies, Ashford’s goal coming from Charlotte Benham.
