Barton RoversAshford travel to Barton Rovers on Tuesday evening and will then meet them at home on Saturday.  Barton play at Sharpenhoe Road, Barton-Le-Clay, Beds, MK45 4SD.  Kick-off is 7.45 p.m.

Barton are currently two places and five points behind Ashford in the table but have remained unbeaten in their last four matches, which include a home win, 3-1, against Guildford City and a 2-2 draw with Slough Town.  On Saturday they fought out another draw, this time 0-0, at home to AFC Hayes.

On Monday evening, the Under-18’s drew 3-3 at home to Wingate & Finchley U18, although they should really have clinched all three points, as they were leading 3-1 with just ten minutes left.  Well done though to Eva Batousal, who scored all three for Ashford.

The Ladies played a double header against Tottenham Hotspur Development Ladies on Sunday.  The writer is aware that one of the match finished one apiece and thought that we won the other one but it is currently showing on the Mittoo site as a 0-2 defeat.  Perhaps someone can confirm.

On Wednesday evening, the Suburban side will be at home to Berkhamsted and if they can secure a further three points, it will greatly enhance their chance of winning their division, especially with closes rivals Royston surprisingly losing on Saturday at Hemel Hempstead.
