Dan BrownAshford Town (Middlesex) produced a dominant performance to defeat Biggleswade Town.

The Ash Trees got off to the perfect start when Dan Brown (pictured) headed them in front in the third minute.  Kofi Lockhart-Adams, Samad Kazi and Mark Bitmead all had chances to extend Ashford’s lead before half-time.

Biggleswade started the second half well, and Paul McCarthy had to make two superb saves to keep out headers from Brett Donnelly.  Brown scored his second goal in the 55th minute, running across the face of goal and finishing emphatically.  After that, Ashford were largely in control, Lockhart-Adams scoring the third from a one-on-one in the 75th minute.  Brown’s final goal came in the 89th minute, after he ran onto a superb Shane Gibson pass and finished well.
