We are recruiting for an exciting role within our Senior set up as Under 18 Manager with an immediate start date.
Paul Gower, our Under 18s manager, will be stepping down at the end of the season due to work commitments.
Paul has been absolutely amazing for both the boys and the club as a whole and we are indebted to him for his help through what has been a tricky season. He has worked with the current players for many many years and they too are very grateful for the time he has given them.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coaching and match programme for our Youth team in the very high standard that is the Isthmian Youth League.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or talented young Coach who is working towards, or already works in the Elite game and is able to contribute towards the development of players and top talent within our Youth team.
Working closely with both the 1st team set up and with the juniors set up, the successful candidate will assist the club in developing a culture and training structure where they are able to successfully bring through our young players into the 1st team.
