The club’s third spell in the Southern League was achieved thanks to promotion as runners-up in the Combined Counties League and the momentum carried the Ash Trees to a third triumph in the Middlesex Charity Cup. The 2017-18 season was trickier and marked by the First Team travelling to Marlow, only for the home side to be absent! The fixture was eventually played on the final Thursday of the campaign and ended in a draw.
